"Picnic at the Park[ing] Spot"—Melendrez and Torti Gallas & Partners. As I took this photo a man who said he had worked in a nearby building (this is just SW of Pershing Square) for 30 years told me he was certain these picnicers were risking their lives. The food looked good.
